Komisioni Evropian njofton se ka autorizuar zyrtarisht fillimin e zbatimit të programit të Instrumentit për Para-Anëtarësim për Zhvillimin Rural II (IPARD II) për Shqipërinë. Sot, në një ceremoni zyrtare, në Agriturizmin “Pema e Jetës” në Shkallnur, Ambasadori i BE-së Luigi Soreca i dorëzoi dokumentin zyrtar Kryeministrit Edi Rama në prani të Ministrit të Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural Niko Peleshi.
IPARD II u mundëson fermerëve dhe agrobizneseve shqiptare të kenë qasje në 71 milionë Euro të financuara nga BE-ja për periudhën 2014-2020 – të cilat do të plotësohen me 23 milionë Euro nga Qeveria Shqiptare – duke siguruar gjithsej 94 milion Euro financim të disponueshëm për investime në bujqësi dhe zhvillimin rural.
“Kjo është një arritje e madhe dhe një lajm i shkëlqyer për të ardhmen e prodhimit bujqësor në Shqipëri dhe unë dëshiroj të përgëzoj autoritetet shqiptare për angazhimin e tyre. BE-ja është krenare që mbështet zhvillimin ekonomik të sektorit bujqësor të Shqipërisë. I inkurajoj fuqimisht fermerët dhe agrobizneset të jenë proaktivë, të shfrytëzojnë mundësitë e krijuara nga fondet IPARD II dhe të aplikojnë për mbështetje financiare“, u tha Ambasadori Soreca medieve gjatë ceremonisë.
Programi IPARD do të kontribuojë ndjeshëm në konkurrencën e bujqësisë dhe sektorit të ushqimit. Ai do t’i ndihmojë fermat dhe bizneset të përmbushin standardet kombëtare dhe ato të BE-së mbi sigurinë e ushqimit, si dhe kërkesat veterinare dhe fitosanitare, në dobi të konsumatorëve vendorë dhe klientëve ndërkombëtarë. Ai do t’u mundësojë gjithashtu produkteve shqiptare të hyjnë në tregjet e BE-së dhe t’i diversifikojnë aktivitetet ekonomike në zonat rurale të vendit duke çuar në një cilësi më të mirë të jetesës rurale.
Ministria e Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural dhe Agjencia për Zhvillimin Bujqësor dhe Rural tani mund të planifikojnë çeljen e thirrjes së parë për aplikime në lidhje me “Investimet në asetet fizike të fermave bujqësore”, “Investimet në asetet fizike në lidhje me përpunimin dhe tregtimin e produkteve bujqësore dhe të peshkimit” dhe “Diversifikimin e fermave dhe zhvillimin e biznesit”, tri fushat e mbuluara nga IPARD II, thuhet në një njoftim zyrtar për shqyp të Komisionit Europian.

Visit of the Prime Minister, Mr. Edi Rama, in the framework of the promotion of supporting schemes for agriculture and rural development for the year 2018.
On the premises of the Agricultural University of Tirana, on 13 and 14 February 2018, two days of training to master science students ran around the national scheme to support agriculture and rural development for 2018. This training was developed by the Agency for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Development (AZHBR) aiming the involvement of students with farmers to explain schemes, compilation of applications and writing of projects.
This initiative was welcomed by the presence of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, Edi Rama, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Niko Peleshi and the head of AZHBR, Ms. Frida Krifca.
In his greeting speech, the Rector of the Agricultural University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Bari Musabelliu welcome the participants, while recognizing the special attention and support of the Albanian government to UBT. Including the Agricultural University of Tirana on these national actions of the Albanian government will contribute to its transformation into a national center of training of university excellence, research and transfer of knowledge to businesses.
Prof. Dr. Musabelliu addressed to the students saying that it is a great opportunity for them and that the UBT staff will support and encourage in this valuable experience. To best meet this task, they have to gain accurate information for a series of problems mainly related to production technologies, national strategies, agricultural development policies, the regionalization policy of agriculture, the need for integration of production and agriculture activities, as well as the need to integrate farmers with the agricultural market. This initiative is a significant contribution to the development of agriculture in the country.

Der Einsatz der Zivilfahnder erfolgte vor dem Hintergrund eines seit längerem laufenden Ermittlungsverfahrens der Staatsanwaltschaft und der auf Rockerkriminalität spezialisierten Fachleute des Hamburger Landeskriminalamts. Diese hatten eine Gruppe im Visier, die in großem Stil mit Marihuana handeln soll. Dabei entdeckten sie laut Polizei, dass diese Kontakt zu dem 39-jährigen Hells Angel pflegte.
