Der albanische Präsident Ilir Meta hat das jüngste „Immobiliengesetz“ wieder eingeführt, das darauf abzielte, Küsten in Staatseigentum umzuwandeln.
Der Präsident argumentiert, dass das Gesetz innerhalb von sieben Tagen diskutiert und verabschiedet wurde, zu einer Zeit, als die öffentliche Aufmerksamkeit auf Verfassungsänderungen der Wahlreform gerichtet war.
Ein weiteres Problem, mit dem der Präsident nicht einverstanden ist, ist die Umsetzung des Gesetzes.
Die Initiative verpflichtet sich, die Küste von Velipoja in Shkodra bis zur Examilia von Agioi Saranda unter staatlichem Eigentum zu überqueren. Das Gesetz legt jedoch nicht fest, welches Gebiet als „Küste“ gilt, wie viele Meter von der Küste bis zum Hinterland.
Der Präsident argumentiert, dass das Gesetz eine Karte haben sollte, die mit dem gesamten Gebiet verknüpft ist, in dem das neue Gesetz in Kraft treten wird.
Es sollte daran erinnert werden, dass das Gesetz die nationale griechische Minderheit direkt betrifft, während es nach Ansicht vieler das Mittel der Rama-Regierung für die Plünderung des Eigentums ihrer Mitglieder sein wird.
