TIRANE-Një vrasës me pagesë dyshohet të fshihet pas atentatit të mbrëmjes së të shtunës në Kurbin ku u ekzekutuan me 5 plumba kallashnikovi miku i Ervis Martinajt, Bujar Lika (Hasani) dhe Paulin Gjergji (Markaj), jashtë një hoteli në autostradën Mamurras-Lezhë në fshatin Gjormë. 37-vjeçari Lika ndërroi jetë në vend, ndërsa 53-vjeçari Paulin Gjergji nuk i mbijetoi plumbave duke ndërruar jetë mëngjesin e së dielës në spitalin e Traumës në Tiranë.

Bujar Lika i druhej një ngjarjeje të tillë, e për pasojë edhe kafen me mikun e tij, Paulinin, po e pinte me një pistoletë me vete, me të cilën iu kundërpërgjigj edhe atentatorëve të tij. Një prej tyre, Kreshnik Tusha, mbeti dhe vetë i plagosur, teksa po merr trajtim mjekësor tek Trauma, ku e dërguan vetë familjarët e tij.

Një i papunë që deri më tani për grupin hetimor është atentatori kryesor, edhe pse dyshimet janë që Tusha të jetë paguar për të kryer ekzekutimin e dyfishtë. Deri tani për atentatin mbrëmë në Kurbin janë shoqëruar mbi 20 persona që mund të kenë dijeni për ngjarjen për të shkuar te autori i dytë, ndërsa pista e hetimit është e shkuara e Likës.

Por kush janë Bujar Lika dhe Paulin Gjergji?
Bujar Lika kishte në pronësi lokalin „Dea Cafe“ në ish-Bllok. Biznesin në Tiranë e kishte në emër të motrës Ardiana Toqi. 37-vjeçari rezulton një emër i njohur për policinë, pasi në vitin 2015 ishte mes të hetuarve për vrasjen e Enton Nikajt në Dajt. Për vrasjen e Nikajt fillimisht nga Shkalla e parë në 2016 u dënuan Emiljano Tasho 16 vjet, Erjon Biraci 2 vjet, Ervis Martinaj 1 vit e 4 muaj, Mirsad Kuçana 1 vit e 4 muaj dhe Bujar Lika 1 vit burg.

Por në Apel, Ervis Martinaj, Mirsad Kuçana dhe Bujar Lika që u vra mbrëmë morën pafajësi, ndërsa Tasho u dënua përfundimisht me 14 vite për vrasjen e Enton Nikajt dhe Erjon Biraci 2 vite, ky i fundit tani i lirë, pasi e kreu dënimin. Viktima Bujar Lika ishte mik i ngushtë i Ervis Martinajt, gjithashtu emër i njohur pas ngjarjes së 2018 në Bllok. Ndërkohë, Paulin Gjergji, i cili deri në 2004-ën e ka pasur mbiemrin, Markaj ka pasur kazino “Vegas” në zonën e  ish-Bllokut në Tiranë, në rrugën “Sami Frashëri”.

Një tjetër ngjarje e rëndë ndodhi në Tiranë rreth 30 minuta pas atentatit të dyfishtë në Kurbin, që lidhet në këtë rast me një kundërshtar të Ervis Martinajt. Në orën 22:17 u vra miku i Ervis Martinajt me shokun e tij, ndërsa rreth orës 22:40 në Tiranë në hotelin e Ervin Matës në “Rrugën e Dibrës”, shpërtheu një sasi tritoli, ku fatmirësisht nuk pati të lënduar veç dëmeve materiale.

Wizz Air Announces 15 New Routes from Tirana

Hungarian budget airline Wizz Air has announced it will be opening a new base in Albania with three new aircraft.A total of 15 new routes will fly in and out of Tirana. Travellers will now be able to fly directly to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, the UK, Hungary, France, the Netherlands and Czechia.

The new routes will be operational as of 1 July.

“We see the potential to re-stimulate demand for low-cost travel and contribute to the vital recovery of tourism in these markets. With our new health and safety protocol designed to ensure that our customers and crew can fly safely, we are able to offer more affordable travel opportunities on our extensive network,” Wizz Air CEO Jozsef Varadi said.

The airline will also open bases in Milan, Larnaca, and Lviv on 1 July.

“Stifles competition”, Meta rejects the law for concession extension in Porto Romano

Albanian President Ilir Meta has returned to the National Assembly another law, this time the addition to the concession contract in Porto – Romano for the company “MULT (MULTY BUOY MOORING)”, approved on April 30.

According to the president, the procedures followed by the contracting authority (Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy) have bypassed the competition procedures.

Further on, in returning the law on the Porto Romano extension, Meta argues that the additional agreement has created a new contractual relationship, in violation of the principles and provisions provided in the Maritime Code of the Republic of Albania.

The President writes that through the above violations, the hierarchy of normative acts in the Republic of Albania has been violated, as sanctioned in Article 116 of the Constitution.
“Practically under the procedure of an additional agreement, a new concession right was granted, outside the main object of the concession, which requires the Contracting Authority to follow all the procedures of law no. 125/2013, for open and transparent competition”, it is commented in the return of the decree.
